PixoRush — Support
PixoRush is a photo puzzle game: drag pieces onto an empty board to rebuild the picture, beat the clock and race a friend one on one. Its roughly 1,000 levels use public-domain and CC0 images — nature and landscape photographs, and works from open-access museum collections.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account? What happens when I change phones?
There is no sign-up. The first time you open PixoRush a guest account is created automatically and tied to your device; you never enter an email address or a password, you only choose a username. Because the account is tied to the device, save a recovery code before you switch: on the old device open Profile > Settings > Recovery Code, tap CREATE CODE and keep the code somewhere safe — it is shown only once. On the new device choose I have an account - enter my recovery code on the first screen, or later open Settings > Enter Recovery Code. We hold no email or phone number that could identify you, so without a recovery code a guest account cannot be moved or restored.
Why are there ads?
PixoRush is free and supported by Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the game screen and, from time to time, an ad between levels. On iPhone and iPad, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking when iOS asks you once; if you do not, they are non-personalised. You can see and change that choice under Profile > Settings > Privacy > Tracking Permission. On Android, ads are always non-personalised. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent when the app first starts; where that choice applies you can change it later under Settings > Privacy > Ads & Data Consent.
How do rewarded ads work?
Watching a rewarded video is always optional. When you run out of lives or want a hint, tap Watch Ad +1 Life or Watch Ad +1 Hint. The reward is given only if the video is watched to the end, and our server confirms it, which can take a few seconds. If you declined ads on the consent screen in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, rewarded videos are not available.
How do I report an inappropriate ad?
If you see an ad that is offensive or not suitable for this game, open Profile > Settings > Report an Ad in the app, or email sebocaliskan@hotmail.com. Tell us when you saw it and where it appeared (the banner on the game screen, between levels or a rewarded video), and attach a screenshot if you can. We review every report and block the advertiser or the ad category that broke the rules.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account. You can cancel the request from the same screen within 7 days; after that the deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot open the app, you can also ask by email. What is deleted and what is kept is explained on the account deletion page.
How does room mode work?
Room mode lets you race one friend on the same puzzle. On the Play tab, find Race a Friend and tap Create Room to get a 6-character invite code. Send it to your friend, who taps Join with Code and enters it. You both play the same level at the same moment and see each other's progress live. The first to finish the puzzle wins; if time runs out, whoever placed more pieces wins. Room matches spend no lives and do not change your coins, badges or ranking.
Does PixoRush work offline?
No. PixoRush needs an internet connection: levels, images, leaderboards and room matches come from our server. If the connection drops for a moment, some records are kept on your device and sent automatically once you are back online.
