PixoRush — Delete Your Account

Delete it in the app

1. Open PixoRush and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings (the gear icon).
3. In the Account section, tap Delete My Account.
4. Tick the confirmation box, tap Permanently Delete My Account and confirm with Yes, Delete.

After you confirm, your account is put on hold and all of your sessions are signed out. You have a 7-day grace period in case you change your mind; during that time you can cancel the request from the same screen with Cancel Deletion Request. When the period ends, the deletion is carried out and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email — no need to reinstall

You do not have to download the app again to delete your account. If you have lost your device, removed the app or cannot open it, email your request to sebocaliskan@hotmail.com.

PixoRush never asks for your email address, phone number or name. The only way we can confirm that an account is yours is for you to tell us your in-app username and, if you have it, your recovery code hint (the first group of four characters of your recovery code). Without this information we cannot carry out the request, so that no one can delete someone else's account.

Email requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

• your username
• your puzzle progress and saved game state
• your coin balance
• your badges
• your device links, session keys and recovery code

Once the deletion is complete, you no longer appear on the leaderboards.

Data that is kept, detached from your identity

Some records are not deleted but kept with their link to you removed: your level results and best times (to keep the leaderboards consistent, without a username), the coin ledger (so that abuse can be investigated) and your acceptance records for the legal documents. The account these records stay attached to no longer holds a username, device information or recovery code.

Coins can only be earned by playing; the app takes no payments. An unused coin balance cannot be restored after deletion.

Usage statistics held by Google Analytics for Firebase are outside this process; they are deleted when their retention period of up to 14 months ends, or earlier if you ask by email. See section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
