1. The service and who provides it

PixoRush is a mobile jigsaw game in which you complete levels by merging photo pieces, with competitive leaderboards. It is provided not by a company but by an independent developer acting as an individual (a natural person).

By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Age

PixoRush is designed for players aged 13 and over and is not intended for children under 13. If you have limited legal capacity under the law of your country, you should use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account is tied to your device

• Your account is linked to an installation identifier on your device; no email address or password is requested.
• If you change devices, or delete and reinstall the app, your recovery code is the only way back into your account.
• Keeping your recovery code safe is your responsibility. If it is lost, the account cannot be recovered: we hold no other information that could identify you as its owner.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Username rules

Usernames are visible to other players and count as user generated content. A username must not:

• contain profanity, insults, hate speech, threats or sexual expressions,
• impersonate another person, a brand or PixoRush staff,
• contain personal information such as a phone number, email address or postal address,
• contain advertising, links or spam.

There is no tolerance for objectionable usernames or for users who abuse other players. Non-compliant usernames may be reset without prior notice. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. See the Community Guidelines for detail.

5. Fair play and cheating

A leaderboard is only meaningful if scores can be verified. The following are prohibited:

• Modifying the game client or tampering with its memory or network traffic
• Using automation, bots or macros
• Submitting physically impossible durations or move counts
• Circumventing server-side verification
• Distorting rankings or room matches using multiple accounts
• Faking ad reward verification

What an anti-cheat rejection means: If the server finds a submitted level result inconsistent, it rejects that attempt. The consequence is only that the attempt is not recorded on the leaderboard: your account is not closed, your coin balance is not removed and you can keep playing. A single rejected attempt is not a sanction; a repeated pattern that appears deliberate may lead to the measures in section 7.

Scores found to be invalid are removed from the leaderboard and any related reward may be reclaimed.

6. Other prohibited conduct

Do not overload the service, reverse engineer it, bypass its security mechanisms, or copy or distribute our content without permission.

7. Enforcement and appeals

Depending on the severity of a breach we may take no action, reset a username, issue a warning, temporarily restrict access, or permanently close the account.

If you think a decision is wrong, write to sebocaliskan@hotmail.com. Include the username shown in the app; since we hold no other identifying information, that is the only way we can find the account.

8. Virtual coins

• Coins are an in-game virtual item and are not real money.
• Coins are earned by playing (section 9) and spent inside the game; the app does not sell coins.
• They cannot be cashed out or transferred to another player, and have no value outside the game.
• They are not an investment, a store of value or a means of payment.

What happens to coins if an account closes: If you delete your own account, or if your account is permanently closed for a breach of these terms, any unspent coin balance ends. Coins are a right of use tied to an account; they cannot be transferred or preserved apart from it.

9. Rewards

• A coin reward is granted the first time you complete a level; replaying it grants no further reward.
• The first-place reward for a level requires a minimum number of valid players on that level and is granted once.
• Reward amounts are set on the server and may change over time.

10. A free service

PixoRush is free. There are no in-app purchases: the app contains no paid products, no subscriptions and no payment screen, and no payment is ever taken from you. The service is funded by advertising (section 11).

11. Advertising

The service is ad supported: a banner on the game screen, an interstitial between levels and an optional rewarded video. Rewarded ads are entirely optional; you watch one to earn a life or a hint, and the reward is granted after the ad provider's server-side verification.

On Android ads are not personalised. On iOS ads may be personalised only if you allow it in the operating system's tracking permission prompt; declining restricts no feature. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland your consent is also requested for advertising; if you refuse, no ads are shown and earning a life or a hint by watching a rewarded video does not work. The rest of the game stays open. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy has the detail.

12. Room matches

Using an invite code, you can race a friend through the same puzzle.

• A room has no chat, messaging, voice or emoji. You see only your opponent's username and progress.
• Anyone who knows the invite code can join, and whoever you share it with will see your username.
• Both players get the same puzzle, in the same mode, under the same constraints.
• If your connection drops, the match may be decided in your opponent's favour.
• The fair play rules in section 5 apply to room matches as well.

13. Intellectual property

The PixoRush name, logo, interface design, code, level design and audio assets belong to Sabahattin Çalışkan. Using the service gives you no ownership of them.

The photographs in the game come from public domain and CC0 sources and we claim no ownership of them; see the Photo Licences document.

14. Changes to the service

Levels, economy values, features and ad configuration may change, and some features may be removed. Significant changes are announced in the app.

15. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

In particular, we are not liable for the loss of an account caused by the loss of your recovery code; the reason for that limit is explained in section 3.

16. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app or at https://caliskangames.com/pixorush/account-deletion. The process is described in the Privacy Policy: there is a 7-day grace period, after which deletion cannot be undone.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti. Consumers keep the right to bring claims before the courts and consumer arbitration bodies of their place of residence.
